As an Order Entry Clerk at Overlanders Manufacturing, you will ensure accurate order entry, modification, and communication with customers. Your attention to detail will drive order accuracy while collaborating with our sales team to assist with inquiries and provide updates. This is crucial for maintaining excellent customer satisfaction and smooth front-office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Accurately enter customer orders into the database
• Review and verify completeness of all orders
• Process order modifications as requested by customers
• Maintain organized records of all orders and documents
• Identify areas for workflow improvement to enhance efficiency
Requirements:
• High School Diploma required
• Prior experience in order entry or customer service
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
