Join the Canadian Institute for Health Information (CIHI) as a Senior Administrative Assistant specializing in government affairs. This contract position focuses on advanced administrative support and strategic partnerships.
In this role, you will provide high-level support to the Vice President and ensure effective office administration. Your tasks will include managing schedules, processing correspondence, and facilitating communication across various stakeholders. This position demands strong initiative and the ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Organize daily activities of the Vice President
• Screen requests and prepare meeting materials
• Handle contracts, payments, and expense claims
• Train temporary staff and allocate work as needed
• Maintain an organized filing system for the division
Requirements:
• College diploma or equivalent experience required
• At least 3 years working with senior-level personnel
• Proven organizational and time management skills
• Excellent negotiation and planning abilities
• Bilingual in both official languages
