1+ years of experience in customer service, reception, administrative, or a related roleStrong communication and relationship‑building skillsHighly organized with strong attention to detailProficiency with MS Office, Outlook, and DMS systems such as PBS, CDK, or similarMotivated, professional, and able to succeed in a fast‑paced environmentSchedule: Full‑Time
Compensation: $18.50-$22.00 per hour
What Your Day Will Look Like:
Maintain organized filing systems, records, and dealership documentationOrder and manage office supplies and dealership materialsReceive and stock incoming new and used vehicle inventoryCreate and maintain accurate inventory files for pre‑owned vehiclesProcess wholesale bills of sale and prepare documents for pickup or deliverySupport accounting functions including accounts payable, receivable, and daily cash reconciliationManage incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and internal document flowPrepare correspondence and administrative documents as requested by managementApply Now and take the next step in your career with one of Canada’s Best Managed Companies.
