Reporting to the Director of Project Planning and Services, you will monitor contractor activities and ensure all documentation is effectively managed. Your responsibilities will include processing documents, identifying discrepancies, and maintaining the system of classification and data conservation. Your skills will contribute to the successful delivery of construction projects that shape communities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee document control processes and contractor activities
• Process documents from engineering firms and subcontractors
• Track and report documentation in client management systems
• Provide support for document management tools
• Assemble and prepare project documentation as needed
Requirements:
• Bachelor's in Document Management or related field
• 3-5 years' document management experience
• Strong Microsoft Office skills required
• Familiarity with EDMS and BIM 360 is helpful
• Proficient in English; bilingualism is a plus
