Position: Administrative Assistant for Student Affairs
Become the first point of contact for students at UFV's Academic Advising Centre. This temporary Administrative Assistant role focuses on student engagement and administrative support for four months.

UFV's Student Academic Affairs seeks two temporary Administrative Assistants to foster an inclusive environment. Your three years of experience in reception and interpersonal communication will be vital in managing queries and scheduling appointments. You’ll engage with diverse groups while maintaining confidentiality and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for students and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support operations at CECE and Academic Advising Centre

• Schedule appointments and manage queries effectively

• Provide logistical support for departmental outreach events

• Maintain confidential department records with high accuracy

• Promote and market both departments and their services

Requirements:

• Certificate in office administration from a recognized institution

• Minimum three years in reception and information services

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

• Strong organizational and decision-making skills

• Experience with diverse populations and commitment to inclusion
