Logistics Onboarding Engineer

In this strategic role, you will serve as the operational and technical lead for merchant integrations. With a focus on data migration and system orchestration, you will collaborate with various teams to validate workflows and oversee effective onboarding processes. Your technical proficiency in APIs and deep logistics knowledge will be crucial for success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the Ritz-Carlton onboarding experience

• Develop and implement detailed project plans

• Ensure data integrity and accuracy during migration

• Maintain communication with all relevant stakeholders

• Validate warehouse processes and equipment readiness

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in implementation or logistics

• Expertise in APIs, EDI, and WMS/OMS configurations

• Strong grasp of inventory management and fulfillment

• Proficient in Excel/SQL for data manipulation

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
