With a strong background in operations management and data analytics, you will be responsible for communicating complex processes and leading standardization initiatives. Your charismatic approach will engage stakeholders in operational changes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive quality and efficiency through continuous improvement

• Communicate complexities of operations to team members

• Analyze large datasets for operational decisions

• Create and manage standard operating procedures

• Engage stakeholders throughout project implementations

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business or engineering

• At least 2 years in operations management

• Proven analytical skills with Excel and data visualization tools

• Interest in root cause analysis tools

• Willingness to travel in Canada up to 15%
