Position: Analyst for Operational Excellence Projects
Make a significant impact as an Analyst focused on Operational Excellence in food distribution in Abbotsford, BC. Drive process improvements to enhance operational quality and efficiency.

You will work with the Senior Manager of Operational Excellence, leading efforts to streamline processes and reduce waste within the distribution center. This role requires a deep understanding of operations, strong analytical skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive initiatives for continuous improvement in operational processes

• Leverage data to identify and prioritize cost-saving opportunities

• Develop procedures and visual management tools

• Facilitate project change management and risk mitigation

• Monitor and report on progress in the OpEx Project Roadmap

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, or engineering

• 2+ years of experience in an operations role

• Strong quantitative skills, including proficiency in Excel

• Knowledge of Lean tools and root cause analysis methodologies

• Willingness to travel up to 15% within Canada
