Position: Senior Demand Planning Manager Role
Join Silver Hills as a Senior Sales Demand Planning Manager to drive accurate sales forecasts and enhance planning tools. Lead the Customer Service team and elevate the company’s demand planning effectiveness.
This managerial role reports to the Director of Business Development and supports the Sales team in developing, communicating, and maintaining precise sales forecasts. You'll engage in Sales Demand Review Meetings and contribute improvements to the S&OP process. Your leadership will ensure that accurate information flows effectively to all departments, aiding in timely decision-making and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop accurate sales forecasts and communicate them internally

• Lead monthly forecasting and S&OP meetings with sales teams

• Create and present comprehensive forecast reports and summaries

• Manage the Customer Service team to ensure timely and accurate order processing

• Implement improvements in planning tools and software
Requirements:

• 5-7 years of relevant experience in a customer-focused role

• Degree/Diploma in Business or related field

• Proficiency in MS Excel and demand planning systems

• Strong communication and project management skills

• Experience in CPG or manufacturing sectors preferred
