Manager of Personal Insurance Operations

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and maintain operational workflows for efficiency

• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation

• Coordinate with BI for developing actionable reports and dashboards

• Oversee documentation and implementation of carrier changes

• Ensure data integrity by conducting routine quality checks
Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years in personal insurance operations

• Expertise in Applied EPIC Broker Management System

• Familiarity with RPA tools and techniques

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365, especially Excel

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
