Manager of Sales Forecasting at Silver Hills

Exciting opportunity as a Senior Sales Demand Planning Manager at Silver Hills. Drive effective sales forecasting and manage demand planning processes with precision and professionalism.
This pivotal role reports to the Director of Business Development, focusing on leading the sales demand planning function within the organization. You'll work closely with the Sales team to ensure forecasts are accurate and effectively communicated across departments. Your leadership will enhance customer service and improve sales forecasting strategies through efficient tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and maintain accurate sales forecasts across all products

• Oversee Sales Demand Review Meetings and related discussions

• Develop detailed forecast reports for executive presentation

• Lead Customer Service team to ensure accurate order management

• Execute process improvements and implement new planning software
Requirements:

• 5-7 years of experience in a demand planning role

• Business-related Degree/Diploma required

• Exceptional analytical and communication skills

• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel

• Experience in demand planning within the CPG/manufacturing industry preferred
