Position: Senior Sales Demand Planning Manager Role
Become the key driver in sales forecasting as the Senior Sales Demand Planning Manager for our dynamic Sales & Business Development team. Spearhead demand planning, forecasting, and customer service communication effectively.

This role, reporting to the Director of Business Development, demands 5–7 years of relevant experience. You will develop precise sales forecasts and lead tools implementations to streamline processes. Collaborate with internal teams, customers, and distributors to enhance accuracy in sales demand information and manage the delivery of timely order updates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Sales Demand Review Meetings within S&OP framework

• Generate and present executive revenue forecasts regularly

• Collaborate on S&OP process improvements for KPIs

• Manage projects enhancing demand planning efficiency

• Analyze sales trends to refine product forecasts

Requirements:

• 5–7 years in a customer-focused role

• Degree in Business or related field

• Experience in demand planning systems

• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel

• Strong analytical and communication skills
