We're looking for a passionate Previs/Layout Lead to guide the team working on a premium Marvel Animation series. In this leadership position, you'll ensure that every camera angle and character pose serves the story’s intent. Your hands-on approach will support both artists and the overall production timeline, creating a positive work environment where creativity thrives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee layout and previs tasks

• Take the lead in complex staging decisions

• Provide mentorship and training for the team

• Work with editors to maintain sequence flow

• Ensure deadlines via Flow Production Tracking

Requirements:

• 5+ years in Previs/Layout, with 1-2 as Lead

• Expertise in cinematography and Maya pipeline

• Empathetic leadership focused on team dynamics

• Familiarity with Flow Production Tracking

• Legal eligibility to work in British Columbia
