Position: University Events Coordinator for UFV SUS

As a key player at the SUS, your responsibilities will center on developing and executing engaging events that resonate with students. You will collaborate with volunteers, vendors, and UFV departments to ensure events align with strategic objectives. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the SUS events calendar

• Coordinate all event logistics from inception to evaluation

• Manage budgets and maintain accurate event documentation

• Collaborate with departments for effective event execution

• Conduct outreach to engage UFV students

Requirements:

• Minimum one year of event planning experience

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and event management tools
