Financial Controller in Downingtown

Revival Gourmet Foods seeks a strategic Financial Controller in Downingtown, Pennsylvania. This remote role focuses on enhancing profitability through financial analysis and effective operational control.

As a Financial Controller, you will lead financial management for our small-batch sauce production facility. Collaborating with site leadership, you will drive crucial financial processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Your expertise in cost accounting and inventory management will enable informed decision-making to boost profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver financial analysis and strategic insights to leadership

• Conduct monthly financial reviews, presenting key results

• Lead Annual Operating Plan development and forecasting

• Oversee cost standards, inventory counts, and BOMs

• Initiate cost-saving and profit-improvement projects

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance

• 5+ years of accounting or finance experience

• CPA or CMA highly preferred

• Proficient in MS Excel and financial data analysis

• Exceptional communication and organizational skills
