Step into a 16-month temporary Sr. Client Service Associate role at the Agriculture Commercial Banking in Abbotsford, British Columbia. This position is critical in providing support to Sr. Client Relationship Managers by addressing client onboarding and servicing needs.

Your responsibilities will encompass managing escalated client issues, conducting financial assessments, and collaborating with various internal teams to ensure timely and compliant delivery of services. You will play a vital role in maintaining strong client relationships while ensuring all operations adhere to regulatory standards. This fast-paced role demands strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with KYC and AML onboarding requirements

• Resolve client service escalations effectively

• Prepare credit presentations and monitor financial reporting

• Ensure loan funding meets client expectations

• Manage service requests and ensure swift resolutions

Requirements:

• College or University degree in Finance or Business

• Experience in client service and issue resolution

• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills

• Knowledge of commercial banking processes and credit analysis

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
