Envision is looking for a Member Advisor to provide frontline service in Abbotsford. In this role, you will identify member needs through engaging financial conversations and enhance their digital literacy. There is a strong focus on building long-term relationships with members and ensuring satisfaction through personalized service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build strong relationships with existing and prospective members

• Process a variety of member transactions, including accounts and deposits

• Promote digital banking solutions to achieve branch goals

• Stay informed on industry trends and regulatory changes

• Actively collaborate within the team and support branch initiatives

Requirements:

• High School Diploma;
College Diploma preferred

• 2 years of retail or customer service experience

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital tools

• Completion of internal certification program within required timeframe

• Strong interpersonal skills to foster member connections
