nesto is expanding its team of Mortgage Underwriters to meet increasing demand. This position focuses on underwriting for IG Wealth Management clients, facilitating a premium mortgage experience through our innovative Mortgage Cloud platform.

Your role will involve thorough document reviews and risk assessments while fostering relationships with advisors and ensuring file completions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Underwrite residential mortgage applications within service timelines

• Review and analyze applications and supporting documentation

• Maintain accurate and organized loan files as per policies

• Collaborate closely with lending partners to resolve issues

• Provide support to nesto’s Mortgage Advisor network throughout processes

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of mortgage underwriting experience

• Experience with high-net-worth or complex borrower profiles

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

• Ability to multitask and adapt to changes

• Bilingualism is an asset for Quebec files
