As a member of the Personal and Business Banking team, you’ll work in a fast‑paced Banking Centre where you’ll make a meaningful difference in our clients’ lives.
Responsibilities- Client Engagement – Meet with clients, understand their personal and business priorities, advise them on solutions, and provide a forward‑looking financial plan using knowledge of cash management, credit, investment and wealth protection.
- Relationship Building – Engage in marketing and outreach activities to show clients you value them and their communities, grow your network, deepen existing relationships, and collaborate with the team to connect clients to the right opportunities.
- Leveraging Technology – Become a technology expert, introduce clients to mobile banking applications, and help them manage their banking needs digitally.
- Flexible working – Work full‑time on‑site, including evenings, weekends, and at multiple banking centres within a reasonable travel distance.
- Certified professional with current accreditation and good standing.
- Mutual Funds License (Canadian Securities Course or Investment Funds in Canada).
- Must have 1 year experience working with clients and achieving sales results.
- Prior banking experience in a similar capacity is an asset.
- Strong client service, regulatory knowledge and digital literacy skills.
