Position: Financial Controller for Multi-Entity Firms

Reporting to the CFO, the Financial Controller ensures the integrity of financial operations across both not-for-profit and operating companies. This role requires expertise in financial reporting, accounting practices, and budgeting dynamics within a multi-entity environment. You will collaborate closely with business leaders to deliver accurate financial insights and maintain or improve existing standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead month-end and annual close processes for all entities

• Prepare and consolidate comprehensive financial statements

• Oversee GL, AP, and AR accounting functions

• Deliver variance analysis to support leadership decisions

• Develop financial models and budgeting forecasts

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting; CPA required

• 5-10+ years in financial management roles

• Experience with multi-entity organizations

• Strong proficiency in financial compliance and reporting

• Advanced skills in Excel and ERP systems
