Credit Manager

Position: Credit Manager at TerraLink Horticulture
Drive financial success as the Credit Manager for Terra Link Horticulture, ensuring effective credit policies and risk assessments. Be part of a team that supports food production in British Columbia.

In this pivotal role, you'll collaborate directly with the Controller to shape and manage credit policies that align with Terra Link's financial goals. Your expertise will be essential in evaluating customer creditworthiness and reviewing financial data while contributing to operational success. Strong communication and analytical skills are vital to guide strategic credit decisions effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and refine credit policies for diverse customers

• Evaluate creditworthiness through financial data analysis

• Collaborate with the Controller on credit risk assessments

• Manage accounts receivable processes for efficiency

• Support strong client relationships while minimizing bad debt

Requirements:

• Over 5 years of experience in credit management

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration

• Strong financial statement analysis skills

• Experience with D365 F&O and Microsoft applications

• Excellent negotiation and decision-making capabilities
