Controller for Manufacturing Operations

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct all financial activities, ensuring timely reporting and compliance

• Lead monthly financial statement presentations and year-end close

• Analyze costs, margins, and operational performance metrics

• Facilitate the budgeting process and financial modeling initiatives

• Promote cooperative relationships across departments to achieve objectives

Requirements:

• Strong CPA designation and a bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting

• At least 10 years of accounting experience within manufacturing

• Thorough knowledge of cost accounting and financial compliance

• Proficient in Microsoft Dynamics NAV/D365 and financial modeling

• Excellent communication skills to articulate financial insights
