This pivotal role demands strong accounting expertise to facilitate the transformation of the Finance function will lead finance automation initiatives and manage organizational change across finance teams. Successful candidates will possess experience in finance systems and be dedicated to continuous improvement in all operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop a Finance transformation roadmap with CFO
• Identify and eliminate manual processes and inefficiencies
• Lead finance automation and process redesign initiatives
• Ensure timely month-end close and financial processes
• Train finance teams in new technologies and systems
Requirements:
• Minimum 7 years of finance or accounting experience
• Strong ERP and finance systems knowledge
• CPA designation preferred
• Proven ability in leading finance transformation projects
• Experience with AI and financial technologies
Lead innovation in finance processes while enhancing team capability at Phantom in Abbotsford.
