• Be the super user and subject matter expert for our HRIS (Dayforce) across all modules
• Translate people and payroll requirements into practical system configurations and improvements
• Drive system enhancements, upgrades and module rollouts from planning through to delivery (e.g. building a new industrial instrument into the WFM and Payroll modules)
• Through advanced reporting and analysis provide insights to the business that support smarter workforce decisions
• Troubleshoot issues, test changes and ensure the platform performs at its best
• Build strong partnerships with Payroll, People, Talent, Tech and Operations to deliver seamless system outcomes
• Lead technical guidance and training to subject matter experts
• Develop and maintain clear resources that lift system capability across the business
• Maintain robust data governance by managing access, security and compliance controls
• Support integrations and collaborate with vendors to continuously elevate our HR tech ecosystem

• Tertiary qualification in either an HR, Business, or Technology field preferred
• Previous experience in managing an HRIS (implementation experience advantageous)
• Working knowledge and understanding of HR and Payroll processes, best practices, and regulations
• Demonstrated experience with change management
• Strong attention to detail with a natural curiosity for solving problems
• Proactive, ability to work autonomously, with a sense of urgency and a positive can-do attitude
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Well organised planner who works well under timeline pressures
• Proven ability to build and manage relationships with different stakeholders
• A burning desire to show what you've got and what heights you can take the business!
