As a key liaison to business leaders and managers, you will advise on performance management and conflict resolution within a multi-union environment. Your responsibilities include leading investigations, guiding leaders through grievance processes, and supporting policy compliance. You will also participate in the crucial collective bargaining process, ensuring that operational leaders are equipped with the necessary tools and knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as a strategic advisor for HR and labor relations
• Guide leaders in handling grievances and complaints
• Conduct and lead investigations for employee cases
• Maximize efficiency in collective agreement management
• Monitor trends and opportunities through management reports
Requirements:
• Degree in Human Resources or related discipline
• At least 5 years of progressive HR experience
• Background in conflict resolution and change management
• Meticulous attention to detail in HR practices
• Ability to travel within the Western region as needed
