Human Resources Operations Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee employee onboarding and offboarding tasks

• Administer UKG systems and reporting for HR

• Identify opportunities for process automation and improvement

• Contribute to employee relations and compliance matters

• Engage in compensation and performance analytics efforts

Requirements:

• CPHR designation is a plus

• Minimum of 5 years in HR generalist roles

• Strong HRIS administration experience needed

• Comfort with data analysis tools like Excel

• Knowledge of OH&S and WCB regulations desired
