Key Responsibilities:

• Drive HR best practices to enhance organizational culture

• Oversee full-cycle recruitment and onboarding procedures

• Manage employee relations and conflict resolution

• Support performance evaluation and training initiatives

• Administer the company’s HRIS and benefits programs

Requirements:

• Relevant post-secondary HR degree or equivalent

• Over 10 years of comprehensive HR experience

• Experience with HRIS systems and MS Office

• Strong interpersonal and analytical skills

• Ability to adapt to changing workloads and priorities
