Job Details- Location:
Abbotsford, BC V2S 8A7 - Salary: $22.50 hourly
- Hours:
40 to 48 hours per week - Employment type:

Work must be completed at the physical location. No remote work available.
Experience2 years to less than 3 years required.
Responsibilities- Guide growing shoots into optimal development positions
- Tie and secure plants
- Weed fields
- Ensure farm safety and bio‑security procedures are followed
- Maintain quality control and production records
- Maintain work records and logs
- Hire and train staff
- Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment
Manage 16-20 people.
Equipment and Tools- Safety equipment/gear, steel‑toed safety boots, gloves
- Team player
- Permanent resident of Canada
- Temporary resident of Canada with a valid work permit
