Position: District Manager at Superior Propane
Lead operations as District Manager with Superior Propane in Abbotsford, BC. Drive safety, compliance, and performance across multiple locations while managing frontline teams.

In this pivotal District Manager role, you will report to the Area Operations Manager and ensure efficient propane delivery and service operations in Abbotsford, Squamish, and Pemberton. You will foster a culture of safety and accountability while mentoring a high-performing team focused on exceptional customer service and operational excellence. Your leadership will align workforce management with corporate strategy for optimal results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Champion a safety-first culture in all operations

• Conduct field visits for coaching on Zero Harm principles

• Oversee daily service operations and compliance standards

• Collaborate with Commercial teams to address customer needs

• Manage budgets and enforce KPIs for performance monitoring

Requirements:

• 3+ years of leadership experience in operations

• Understanding of safety standards and regulatory compliance

• Effective communicator across HR, Finance, and Logistics

• Proven experience in managing frontline teams in a unionized environment

• Post-secondary education in a relevant field preferred
