You will play a crucial role in delivering clinical trials while managing timelines, budgets, and resources. Your leadership will facilitate cross-functional collaboration and maintain compliance with regulatory standards while acting as the primary contact for sponsors and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as the primary contact for study sponsors with regular updates
• Lead all phases of study planning and execution, including site activation
• Manage budgets, timelines, and change orders effectively
• Ensure adherence to regulatory compliance and audit readiness
• Monitor study recruitment and implement risk strategies
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in clinical research or a related field
• 5+ years of industry experience, including 3+ managing Phase I–III trials
• Experience with multi-site clinical trials is required
• Preferred experience in dermatology or rheumatology studies
• Strong understanding of GCP, ICH, FDA, and Canadian regulations
