Key Responsibilities:

• Manage housekeeping and food service staff efficiently

• Prepare daily workload sheets for housekeeping tasks

• Conduct daily meetings with staff to resolve issues

• Oversee random audits of rooms for quality assurance

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Requirements:

• 3-4 years Assistant General Manager experience

• Post-Secondary education in Business or Hospitality

• Experience in food service and janitorial management

• Strong financial acumen in contract management

• Bilingual in English and French is an asset
