As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will provide essential support to the Contents team by managing the warehouse. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.

• Oversee the logistics, flow, and organization of the warehouse
• Manage the daily processing in the warehouse
• Manage and ownership of all non-restorables
• Ensure staff are trained on cleaning, packing, listing, drying and vaulting techniques
• Oversee fleet vehicles for contents to ensure supplies and equipment are stocked
• Oversee supplies for inventory and ordering
• Oversee equipment for tracking, inventory and maintenance
• Effectively work with all subtrades
• Ensure warehouse paperwork is completed accurately and on time
• Provide backup support to the Production Administrator and Contents Manager

• Proven experience as a warehouse supervisor or lead in the restoration industry
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Detail oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
