Position: Supervisor for Community Support Services
Join Lookout Housing and Health Society as a Supervisor in Abbotsford, BC, providing essential support to vulnerable adults. Your leadership will oversee operations and enhance tenant engagement through dedicated service.

As a full-time Supervisor, you will report to the Site Manager and be responsible for daily operations, staff supervision, and ensuring adherence to service mandates. You will educate and support residents while maintaining accurate records and conducting assessments. Your efforts will be crucial in improving tenants' lives and ensuring compliance with health and safety programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily site operations and staff

• Facilitate tenant engagement and service delivery

• Complete necessary records accurately

• Participate in tenant intake and assessments

• Provide crisis intervention and manage medication

Requirements:

• Two years of post-secondary education plus experience

• Required supervisory experience of one year

• OFA 1 First Aid Certificate is necessary

• Proven stress management and organizational skills

• Criminal Record Clearance for vulnerable sector required
