Position: Hybrid Program Manager for Top Client
Take on a pivotal role as a Program Manager driving a critical compensation initiative for a top enterprise client. This hybrid position emphasizes project management and stakeholder engagement.

We seek a Program Manager with 4 to 8 years of experience. You will lead cross-functional efforts with HR and Engineering while ensuring alignment on business requirements. Candidates with Big4 or consulting firm backgrounds will excel in this role, especially if they have M&A exposure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain comprehensive project tracking plans

• Lead and facilitate cross-functional meetings

• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies

• Document decision logs and process flows

• Collaborate with Compensation SMEs for alignment

Requirements:

• 4-8 years of Program/Project Management experience

• Consulting experience, especially in a Big4

• Strong communication and presentation capabilities

• Understanding of compensation processes

• M&A experience is a significant advantage
