We are hiring an Experienced Branch Manager in Mirabel, QC to lead operations and improve performance metrics. The role requires bilingual skills in French and English.
The successful candidate will manage all operational aspects of the branch, overseeing a team of about 15 employees. You will encourage a customer-focused environment while ensuring strong performance across financial metrics and safety regulations. Experience in Lean Operations or Six Sigma will be an asset.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and develop branch employees
• Oversee daily warehousing and distribution operations
• Guarantee workplace safety and customer satisfaction
• Analyze performance, budgets, and KPIs regularly
• Build lasting customer relationships and drive improvement initiatives
Requirements:
• 10+ years in branch management or a related area
• Demonstrated experience in driving team success
• Strong operational and financial problem-solving skills
• Background in inventory management and customer service
• Certification or experience in Lean Operations/Six Sigma preferred
