Centrilogic is hiring a Senior Program Manager to lead intricate client programs that deliver results. This key position focuses on managing financials, program delivery, and client engagement.
You will report to the Director of PMO, taking charge of program oversight while collaborating with various teams.
Your role is crucial in defining program success and ensuring adherence to contractual obligations. Lead operational processes and drive continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own delivery of complex, multi-domain programs
• Support and guide Project Managers for effective execution
• Manage program budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics
• Identify growth opportunities within client accounts
• Establish program governance and reporting frameworks
Requirements:
• 10+ years of experience in IT program management
• Proven ability to handle multiple large projects
• Financial management capabilities including KPI definition
• Knowledge of operational process design in services
• PMP certification or equivalent is required
