As a Service Supervisor, you will play a vital role in enhancing service quality by overseeing logistics and customer interactions. Candidates must possess a minimum of three years’ supervisory experience, ideally within heavy equipment. Your responsibilities will include service call management, organizing equipment logistics, and conducting training needs assessments for technicians.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise customer service calls and scheduling

• Verify accuracy in invoicing and work orders

• Manage logistics and modifications for equipment

• Assess technician training requirements

• Handle documentation and service contracts effectively

Requirements:

• At least three years of supervisory experience

• Preferred experience in heavy equipment

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Microsoft Office Suite proficiency

• Valid driver’s license for travel
