Position: Abbotsford Branch Manager Role
Join St. John Ambulance BC & Yukon as its Abbotsford Branch Manager. This role is integral in managing first aid education and community-focused initiatives, ensuring operational success.

As a full-time leader, you will coordinate branch activities aligned with SJA's mission of promoting health and safety. Your focus on customer relationship management, instructor support, and administrative oversight will be pivotal. Engage with various stakeholders to continually improve both service delivery and community impact through accessible first aid training.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead annual training calendar development and execution

• Monitor branch performance and regulatory compliance

• Build relationships with clients and community partners

• Manage finances to optimize resources usage

• Coach team members to achieve their best

Requirements:

• Preferred post-secondary education in business or management

• Leadership experience in customer-facing environments

• Awareness of first aid practices and training environments an asset

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

• Ability to cultivate a collaborative and high-performing culture
