SERVPRO Project Manager

Become a pivotal part of SERVPRO of Abbotsford as a Restoration Project Manager. Focus on effectively managing restoration projects while cultivating customer relationships and ensuring operational excellence.

As a key leader in this position, you will handle project scope and estimates, oversee execution by coordinating crews, and manage resources including equipment and vehicles.

Your role will also involve maintaining communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and managing production expenses efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure precise scope and estimations for projects

• Oversee scheduling and execution of restoration tasks

• Review job documentation for compliance and billing

• Maintain effective communication with customers and teams

• Manage expenses related to production resources

Requirements:

• Possess a valid driver's license

• High school diploma/GED;
Bachelor's preferred

• Minimum of 1 year in a supervisory role

• At least 3 years in the restoration sector

• IICRC certification is a plus
