Foundation Coordinator - Community Engagement Focus

Take on the role of Foundation Coordinator, where your efforts will support community initiatives and program logistics. This position prioritizes effective planning and engagement with stakeholders to foster successful projects.

In this position, you will work under the Foundation Manager and in coordination with directors and finance staff. Your responsibilities include developing programs, tracking implementations, and engaging community partners. Ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for initiatives is key, as is gathering valuable feedback for improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and coordinate foundation programs and events

• Manage logistics for seamless program execution

• Track and report on program progress and outcomes

• Facilitate outreach and engagement with community partners

• Assist with website updates and basic maintenance

Requirements:

• Experience in community engagement or nonprofit management

• Bachelor’s degree required

• Fluent in both English and French

• Strong organizational and project management skills

• Familiarity with tools such as Air Table and Wix preferred
