Responsibilities- Lead and manage kitchen operations to drive guest satisfaction by consistently producing high-quality food.
- Provide strategic leadership to ensure safety, professionalism, and service excellence in the kitchen.
- Guide kitchen partners in skills development, performance improvement, and achievement of financial goals.
- Create a positive, growth-focused work environment and support team development.
- Utilize food costing input and manage complex ingredients to create a variety of dishes.
- Passionate about making high quality food to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Business savvy with a rich understanding of kitchen management practices.

- Committed to professionalism and delivering service excellence.
- Certified with a valid occupational First Aid Certificate, demonstrating the ability to prioritize safety in the workplace.
