Chef Manager for Camp Operations

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage strict compliance with kitchen and service standards

• Develop and plan innovative menus for diverse clientele

• Oversee team performance across all service areas

• Monitor inventory and order supplies accordingly

• Ensure facility cleanliness and safety compliance
Requirements:

• Must hold Culinary Red Seal Certification

• Minimum 5 years as a Head Chef experience

• Valid Advanced Food Safe Certification essential

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Ability to handle pressure and make decisions
