Position: Kitchen Associate Role at Highwayman Pub
Join Otter Co-op as a part-time Kitchen Associate at our Highwayman Pub in Abbotsford, BC. Help create wonderful dining experiences through your food service and hygiene skills.

In this role, reporting to the Kitchen Manager, you will engage in high-volume food preparation and kitchen maintenance activities. Your responsibilities will include assisting with food prepping tasks like cutting vegetables, running food orders, and ensuring the kitchen remains sanitized and organized. Your efforts contribute to our mission of serving our communities well.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collecting and handling pans and dishes for cleaning

• Preparing various food items with precision and care

• Delivering food items to tables promptly

• Ensuring kitchen coolers are stocked adequately

• Cleaning and sanitizing all kitchen surfaces consistently

Requirements:

• Experience in the kitchen field preferred

• Must possess effective communication and teamwork skills

• Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy items

• Should prioritize a safe and clean work environment

• Flexible schedule required, including evenings and weekends
