Who We’re Looking For:

✔ Passionate about sales and customer service
✔ Minimum 1 year of sales experience in an automotive dealership
✔ Motivated to grow in a fast-paced environment

✔ Valid VSA license and BC Class 5 driver's license with a clean abstract

✔ Ability to create and maintain customer relationships

✔ Proficiency with CRM systems (Dealer Socket/VIN Solutions), MS Office, Outlook, and social media

Schedule:

Full-Time

Compensation: $80,000 - $120,000 (Full Commission)

What your day will look like:

Lead Management: Respond to all incoming internet leads within 10 minutes and maintain exceptional service standards

Sales Goals: Achieve digital departmental sales objectives to ensure profitability

Customer Satisfaction: Ensure high customer satisfaction ratings and manage escalations effectively

Inventory and Product Knowledge
:
Stay updated on available inventory, product knowledge, finance options, and industry trends.

Metrics and Reporting: Compile bi-weekly performance reports on closing rations, response times, appointments booked, and other key metrics

Team

Collaboration:

Work closely with Sales Consultants to generate appointments and support closing deals.

CRM Utilization: Input and track all lead information in Dealer Socket/VIN Solutions and follow up on unsold leads
