This is a full-time, on-site position based in Oakville, Ontario for a Senior Sales Executive. The Senior Sales Executive will identify and generate new business opportunities, build relationships with potential clients, and maintain a strong sales pipeline. Key responsibilities include negotiating contracts, meeting sales targets, analyzing market trends to develop sales strategies, and providing excellent customer service to maintain lasting partnerships.

The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery of customer solutions.

• Sales and business development expertise, with skills in negotiating and closing deals
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities for building client relationships
• Understanding of transportation, logistics, or freight forwarding services and relevant industry knowledge
• Proficiency in strategic planning, market analysis, and problem-solving
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and achieve targets
• Proficiency in CRM and other sales tools is preferred
• Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals
