Overview  You will help clients reach their financial goals while building and growing your own business within the RBC brand.
Responsibilities   Build and maintain client relationships.
Generate inbound/outbound sales and earn 100% commission.
Provide strong planning and financial advice to high‑net‑worth individuals, families and business owners.
Leverage RBC’s resources to create customized portfolios and wealth plans.
Maintain relationships with RBC partners such as Personal & Commercial Banking and Insurance.
Qualifications   4–6 years of outbound sales experience.
Completed Canadian Investment Regulatory Exam (CIRE) and Retail Securities Exam (RSE) or will prior to starting.
Passion for financial planning and portfolio management.
Strong relationship‑building skills.
Nice to Have   Experience in direct marketing or high‑value sales.

Certifications:

CFP, CIM, CFA.
