Enviro-Corp Recycling is a 100% Canadian owned and operated company specializing in recycling Western Canada’s waste glass. The organization processes a wide range of glass materials, including beverage bottles, glass containers, windows, and windshields. After cleaning, screening, and sorting, Enviro-Corp transforms these materials into new products such as sandblasting abrasives (Enviro-Grit), pool filtration sand (Vitro-Clear), ultra light-weight foam glass aggregate gravel (Enviro-Rock), and waste glass for new bottles (Enviro-Cullet).
Team members contribute directly to reducing waste and supporting a circular economy in the region.
The Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Abbotsford, BC. This role is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing an active sales pipeline, and growing relationships with customers across relevant industries. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting product presentations and site visits, preparing quotes and proposals, and negotiating pricing and terms within established guidelines. The Sales Specialist will maintain accurate records in the CRM, provide timely follow-up and after-sales support, and collaborate with operations to ensure accurate order fulfillment and delivery.
The role also involves gathering market feedback, contributing to sales forecasts, and supporting product and process improvements.
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage professionally with prospects and clients, handle inquiries, and build long-term relationships.
- Proven Sales experience, including prospecting, pipeline management, and closing deals in B2B or industrial markets.
- Experience in Sales Management or leadership of sales initiatives, including setting goals, tracking performance, and coordinating with internal teams.
- Ability to deliver Training and product education to customers and team members on product features, applications, and benefits.
- Comfort with using CRM tools, office productivity software, and digital communication platforms.
- Strong organizational, time management, and negotiation skills, with attention to detail and follow-through.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally or regionally for client visits and industry events.
- Previous experience in recycling, construction materials, manufacturing, or related industrial sectors is an asset.
- Post‑secondary education in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
