Drive customer satisfaction as a Sales and Service Support Representative for HDPE 'll prepare quotes, manage orders, and provide expert technical support.

This role requires 1+ years of relevant experience and a passion for building relationships with customers. As a vital team member, your responsibilities will include creating service quotations, ensuring accurate procurement, and coordinating fusion services. Your organizational skills and attention to detail will shine as you maintain records and manage shop fabrication needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare HDPE service and sales quotations

• Manage and update rental equipment records

• Coordinate mobilization of fusion services

• Oversee purchase orders and procurement processes

• Maintain documentation for fabricated fittings and equipment

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Minimum 1+ years in a related sales role

• Strong troubleshooting and organizational skills

• Excellent communication abilities and attention to detail
