Salary, 55, per annum

Egg Solutions-Vanderpols Inc. formerly known as Vanderpols Eggs. A food processing plant that takes shell eggs and processes them into liquid egg to be packaged into different size of packaging for supplying a variety of options for distributor’s, retail store & food manufacturing industry.

• Work to meet established sales targets.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with current and potential customers.
• Recognize and respond to sales opportunities when dealing with customers.
• Devise and implement sales campaigns and tactics in order to develop new markets for existing products and also to support new production introductions.
• Manage technical and other customer inquiries in a timely manner.
• Provide technical assistance and training to customers in the application of products.
• Work creatively with customers to identify solutions to problems or complaints.
• Work closely with Research and Development, Quality, and Production Teams.
• Act as a liaison between customer and internal departments.
• Work closely with production and export & customer service to ensure product availability.
• Develop and implement detailed sales plans to achieve sales budget and growth targets.
• Provide feedback to Sales Manager on competitor market activities and pricing.
• Manage customer forecast and demand planning.
• Maintain customer contact database and records. Keep records of customer interactions, record details of inquiries, complaints and comments.
• Identify and implement sales processes and procedures that contribute towards continued improvement in the business and with customer relationships.

• Previous Sales Representative experience, minimum 3 years.
