Drive superior customer service as an Inside Sales Representative, providing exceptional support over the phone and in person. Cultivate relationships with clients while handling orders and pricing effectively.
In this role, you will ensure a seamless order process by sourcing products, entering data accurately, and maintaining essential sales relationships. You will also proactively respond to inquiries, achieve targets set by management, and facilitate business growth through upselling strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Complete order processes with precise pricing and terms
• Accurately enter orders and quotations in the system
• Provide timely inventory and delivery information to customers
• Make sales calls to nurture existing and new client relationships
• Prepare quotes and assist outside sales staff with orders
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in Business Administration preferred
• 3-5 years' experience in similar sales role
• Strong computer skills, AS400 knowledge is a plus
• High commitment to customer service excellence
• Bilingual in French and English is an asset
